By signing up for Ziara, you ("Merchant") agree to these Terms of Service with DuneSpark Consulting ("Ziara", "we"). These terms govern your use of the Ziara platform.

Each plan includes a monthly message quota. Unused messages do not roll over. If you reach your quota before the cycle resets, campaigns will be paused until the next billing cycle.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery depends on third-party providers (360dialog, Twilio, Resend) and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by network issues, carrier restrictions, or customers' device settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, send spam, or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Ziara's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
